It is sad to see that the republican audit threats have decreased the discretionary paroles by nearly 20% in the last two months. The increasing statistics on the parolees and the total number of inmates reflects the administration who talks a lot, but does nothing, in reality, except build more beds.

Speaking of audits, i would like to see where the money comes from to pay for an inmates keep??? That might explain why Colorado wants more beds.djw
