Michael Connelly has so much good stuff over at Corrections Sentencing, I couldn't pick just one. The one that was kind of funny though was about the guys who held a hostage in a TN prison until someone threw them a pack of cigarettes. They got their smokes and quietly went back to their room. Never underestimate the power of addiction....
