CA - Prison Guards May Aim To Oust Governor
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KCBS) -- The state's prison guards may soon take out their anger with Governor Schwarzenegger by launching a recall campaign. The guards union and the Governor have been at odds for years over the group's contract, and now the California Correctional Peace Officers Association is reportedly considering a recall campaign against Schwarzenegger.
A union spokesman tells the "San Francisco Chronicle" that he can't comment, except to say the union is taking a hard look at the idea. And former San Francisco Mayor and State Assembly Speaker Willie Brown tells CBS5 Schwarzenegger is in a similar situation to what Gray Davis faced before his 2003 recall.

Prison guards need to look in there backyard for all the problems and lawsuits they cause by there continuous abuse of inmates civil rights and especially the rape of female inmates by the guards. Colorado has a bunch of them. I suggest they pay all the lawsuits out of the guards union funds. Better yet the Governors of all states need to release all the non-violent offenders, (be about 5 to 6 thousand in Colo) then they could lay off a propotionate number of guards, stop building prisons, also close some existing facilitys!!! Makes sense to me. DJW
maybe you would be so kind to house some non violent child molesters in your house, or a burglar or two, how about some id theft,,, please submit your home address so we know where to send the non violent inmates once they are released per your suggestion.....
